Moving Day

 Joshua 24:15
"As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord."

Well, after a few days of waiting, five to be exact, we were finally able to move. We thought we'd get to move on Friday, July 20th, but due to having to wait on the government (paperwork from the IRS and other regulations, it made the process much slower), so we didn't get to move until Wednesday, July 25th. In retrospect we're thankful for God's timing, because His timing is indeed perfect. Due to the inconvenience, we were given a credit towards our closing costs and the bank we got our loan from sent us a gift card for Home Depot as an apology. We were so thankful for both gifts, because neither one had to be so generous/apologetic, and any extra money is always a blessing.
We are also grateful for our family and friends who were also blessings during the move. The Messinger parents came and extended their stay for us and were a huge help with Nadia during the move. And, our friends from church came at a moments notice and helped pack up the U-Haul and then unloaded it. We are truly thankful for the body of Christ and all of the help during this crazy time. Thank you! So, we have now been in our home for almost two months and love it!

Ace and Maverick were pretty exhausted after the move, they did so much to help!
We said, "goodbye", to the our Towne Crier home. It was a great starter home and is filled with lots of memories.
